I create spaces that invite people back into deeper relationship with themselves, each other, and the living world.

Through music, retreats, ceremonies, and mentorship, my work blends emotional healing, embodied practice, creativity, and devotion. Rooted in years of study, travel, and personal transformation, I guide experiences that are intimate, grounded, and deeply human.

Before this path, I studied at Yale University and worked in finance on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. After experiencing burnout and disconnection firsthand, I stepped away from the corporate world and spent years traveling throughout Central and South America, studying with teachers, exploring traditional practices, and deepening my relationship with music, nature, and healing.

Today, I work with individuals and groups internationally through immersive retreats, ceremonial experiences, mentorship, and live music offerings.

You are living last year’s prayer, can’t you see?

And the seeds you plant today become tomorrow’s harvest.

Exactly one year ago I was on my way into the jungle for a dieta, that changed a lot for me and truly changed me. Today I can see how this bud is only beginning to flower. How that study is weaving through me, refining my character, opening my path, and aligning me to some greater intelligence that I’m only beginning to understand.

I will admit, this hasn’t been the easiest year. I have traveled deep within my own consciousness, and not all of it is pretty.

The way of the artist and medicine woman is to retrieve the treasures found in the underworld. To rise again. To make art. And to allow hard times to soften us and deepen our roots.

And with those deeper roots, softened heart and strengthened spirit, we open for new blessings. We receive the opportunities with gratitude and humility.

So keep praying, keep pointing your arrow towards your intention and dream. Keep watering your seeds and tending to your garden.

Sisterhood and ceremony. Thoughtful conversations. Lots of laughter and a greater purpose.

I’ve been a part of the team in various ways at @underthesisterhood since she was birthed almost 4 years ago, by my brilliant and visionary mama @eelfenbein.

This year, the sisterhood traveled to Cannes for the Lions festival, where we interviewed dozens of women from all over the world. I was behind the lens, capturing the conversations and driving the social campaign, and my beautiful mom was in front of the lens, engaging in heartfelt moments with some seriously special women. It was honestly SO cool to hear what all of these women had to say. Women from different backgrounds, countries, walks of life, shared many similar perspectives and threads of experience in their lives.

I was especially touched by the common theme of importance of using our voice as women, and the power and even necessity of community and coming together. These knowings are so universal. Our wombs know.

My favorite part of the trip, was our group of 7 women who shared this gorgeous villa in Antibes. It was paradise. Fresh figs, daily baguettes, and so many beautiful moments of connection.

My favorite-favorite part was our Songs of Spirit ceremony with our sisterhood at the villa. At one point, I was singing a song from my teachers in the Amazon, qnd the women got up and danced together, holding hands. Just like the way they do it in the jungle.

This consciousness, dancing and singing together in circle, is embedded in our bones, in the very minerals that come from Mother Earth. In moments like this, we remember.

Since I started writing music, most of my songs have been in Spanish. This isn’t uncommon for my genre of medicine music, which is inspired by healing traditions of the Americas. And it’s something that I genuinely love and feels very natural for me.

Lately I’ve been writing some new songs, and some are in English. And I realized that it actually feels like an edge for me, even though I’ve spoken this language my whole life.

Sure, writing, performing and releasing music in Spanish has her own edge, but in English there’s something that really feels vulnerable about it, I’m still figuring out what, and why.

I shared a bit about this before, how I think we all have our genre, and I don’t want to try to fit my personal sound into a category. But I still catch myself doing it sometimes :)

And so I lay down this edge at the altar of my expression, with love.

Songs of Spirit Paris at Atelier @shloaka was an absolute dream.

When this altar was born 3 years ago, I would sing for hours in the packed living room of my Tulum apartment. I didn’t even consider then, the beautiful places and living spaces I would travel to share these songs and stories of nature and heart.

We never really know what we are “getting ourselves into” when we say yes to life. But we usually find ourselves exactly where we need to be, for some reason known by God and sometimes revealed to us.

And it is the coolest thing to me, when other people say yes and answer the whisper before they fully know why. This same way of “yes-ing” has certainly carried me well to the here and now I am living.

I love that I get to do this. It’s such an honor and truly a joy.

Music carries energy, tells a story. Music heals through vibration, through resonance. The frequencies do thejr work on us, bringing our cells into harmony, and bringing us into harmony with our hearts and our essence.

And when we gather in togetherness, with presence, we create a field where deep healing may happen, for our selves but really for something greater.

Last night in ceremony in Paris, a woman asked me to share the prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor. It is not my prophecy, my tradition, but a prolific story that has inspired and been a guiding light for me on my personal path.

The elders speak of this prophecy across many traditions of the Americas, the Condor representing the wisdom of the South, or to put simply, the way of the heart. And the Eagle representing the wisdom of the North, of the mind. The prophecy doesn’t put one above the other, but says when the two fly in the same sky there will be peace on Earth.

I come from the North. But it is in the South that I have studied, been initiated, received my songs and my gifts.

And in some personal way, bringing these teachings back North to my homeland, and sharing them in rooms like this one, an Atelier in paris, feels like my own part in that bridging of worlds. A living thread in the prophecy.

This is Songs of Spirit, stories, medicine, music, woven together with reverence and love.

A prayer without words aches in my heart.

I could describe it kind of like a feeling. Somewhere between coming home and missing home.

When I consider this prayer, I don’t think of it like something that comes from me, as much as something precious, and alive, that has been placed in my care.

She’s not a seed I am planting in the world, as much as she is a seed the mystery planted in me. I’m entrusted to nurture her, so that she may grow and thrive in some larger ecosystem, for a reason beyond me.

This prayer is my guide. She’s leading me, teaching me, protecting me, revealing herself to me little by little. She holds my hand through tough lessons, she cheers me on and reminds me to be brave.

I am not working on my prayer, my prayer is working on me. And sometimes it burns when she incinerates what is not true. When she purifies my heart. And then she’s honey to my lips and salve to my tender skin.

She’s the voice whispering within me, and the song erupting from my throat.

She is the cry from beyond calling me home.

Is it just me or does this happen every moon cycle 🙃

I believe this with my whole being. You could have the most well trained, open, ‘beautiful’ voice, but if you aren’t in integrity, you’re operating from self service, you’re unkind, your voice isn’t actually beautiful at all.

Your voice transmits your energy, your heart, your soul.

So that also means that, if you are a good person with a good prayer and a good intention, signing from your heart, your song will heal. Your voice will actually transmit all of your prayers and studies and inner work and dreams, just by being an extension and expression of your soul.

It’s NOT about singing well. It’s about singing from your truth. And that requires a lot of vulnerability, devotion and self-knowledge. Even if you’re not singing in front of anyone else, to sing from that deep place asks you to become very well acquainted with that place.

This place of devotion, of truth, of expression, is where we meet who we truly are, and who we are destined to be.

If your strongest work is deep inside of you. That means there’s a lot of material to move through until you get to your sweet spot.

Firstly, that means getting through your early waves of creation.

If you want to post, or write, or sing, or make something beautiful, those first passes are probably not going to be your strongest creations, realistically.

But PLEASE don’t let that stop you, because you are clearing your channel for something profound to move through you.

Don’t back yourself up creatively, because you believe you are capable of better or because you hold yourself to a standard of perfection. It’s a trap that will keep you stuck and bored.

Secondly, if your best work is deep within you, that means the deeper you go within yourself, the more you will find your art.

The greatest art in you is beneath your unprocessed emotions, the parts of yourself you deny. It’s in the cracks in your heart, the depths of your darkest inner waters.

So don’t fear your own depth.

And the last piece I want to express is, sometimes Spirit has a frequency for us to express (I’m thinking specifically about music) that we cannot fully yet contain and transmit.

And so the more we expand in our energy field, deepen in our integrity, and walk our path with devotion, the more we will be able to really receive healing frequencies to be shared with the world.

If something is ‘off,’ there’s probably a relationship that needs tending to.

Your relationship to your body, your relationship to your heart. Your relationship to what you ‘do.’ Your relationship to your dream. Your relationship to nature and to the spirit of life.

Even your relationships to your fears and your wounds and shadows and stories. Those relationships also need tending.

In all relationships, if we don’t bring intention, if we don’t offer presence, the relationship can get away from us. It can fizzle away, or dry up, or grow bitter and distant, or just longer on without a direction. Like a limp arrow.

Relationships are the most precious thing we have. There is no life without them.

And if a relationship needs repair or rebuilding, you can always get back to the basics.

With listening. With honesty. With care.

I free-flowed this song with my drum the other day, harmonizing with the birds….and the lawnmowers.

Then I sang a harmony over myself.

I keep learning that if you want to find your sound, you have to start by listening.

And when we listen well, we can harmonize with the sound of the moment, and create something new. That does not compete with nature, but complements her.

THREE DAYS.

I saw the vision, got the download, received the inspiration.

And only THREE DAYS LATER I had my first guitar lesson.

And I kept going.

New paths are constantly opening for us, and yet we have to choose whether we will step down them.

Where are you receiving the vision, and yet kicking the can down the road? Allowing the flame of inspiration to fizzle out?

This is why at the end of every ceremony I hold, I invite the participants to take note of the *divine assignments.*

IE, the messages and insights they received during the journey, such as ‘start doing X’ ….or even more commonly ‘stop doing Y.’

It’s in the completion of the divine assignments that the medicine really starts working in our lives.

But you dont need plant medicine to get the vision. They happen every day.

It’s what lights you up. What makes you itch. What you hear when you get quiet. What you see in others that makes you think ‘hey i want that too.’

Inspiration is everywhere. It’s up to you to act on the vision.

And when you do… literal MAGIC is possible.

Yesterday a man told me that he found it really beautiful that I dont wear makeup.

Honestly, I hadnt thought about it in a while. I stopped wearing makeup years ago, probably around the time I started working with plants.

When you spend a lot of time with the consciousness of Mother Nature, your priorities change. And the things that used to feel important feel less important.

I used to spend literally thousands of dollars at Sephora on skincare. Now I hardly wash my face and use tallow (IYKYK).

And I do find that the more I simplify, the more beautiful I feel.

I’ve been trying to take care of myself from the inside out, while also loving myself the way God made me. Learning to love the wrinkle between my brows, my soft tummy, my curly hair.

But I’ll say, it isn’t always ‘easy’ to love yourself as you are as a woman these days. There’s so much programming that you need this product and that treatment in order to be beautiful. To be worthy.

But when I’m confused or sad I look to nature to reorient me. And she’s spectacular. She never misses.

So I think about the most beautiful I’ve ever felt, living in the middle of the Amazon jungle.

When nature reminded me who I was.

No separate from her.

Getting in the flow and singing with the birds.

This melody came through after a tipi on the turn of the lunar year, when we were all feeling that fire horse energy.

The lyrics speak to strengthening and forward motion.

That through the challenges we learn that weight makes our bones stronger.

And as we go onward, like the horse running, we can also remember that there’s no rush (no hay prisa). Roots grow deep with the passage of time.

It’s a work in progress, that will be finished before the year of the horse ends 😝

There’s no feeling to me like getting in this flow and allowing the moment move through me into song.

When you’re too focused on what’s coming out, you’re missing the whole point.

Watch any artist or musician in their flow. You can see it. They aren’t performing. They’re just IN IT. They’re in the force.

And that is the medicine.

What if you made art, not for the output but for the act itself? For the feeling of something moving through you. For the liberation of your expression. For the PLEASURE and the JOY.

This is the magic of creation. Not the output, but the coming alive.

Your voice, your song, your art, were never meant to be perfect.

I always loved to sing when I was little. But for some reason I stopped, and forgot I ever could.

It was in ceremony that I remembered.

Meeting my voice again has been an ongoing ceremony of remembering myself.

And it didn’t just change how I sing. It changed how I move through the world. How I take up space. How I pray.

You think your resistance to singing is about skill. But really, it’s about shame.

Somewhere along the way, you forgot how perfectly God made you, and learned it was safer to be someone else.

Safer to be quiet. To be polished.
Safer to not take up too much space.

You stopped being yourself freely.

And because your voice is so deeply connected to your body and nervous system, singing brings all of that to the surface.

This is why you’re often not just struggling to sing, but also struggling with:
— speaking truth in relationships
— setting boundaries
— expressing desire
— being fully seen
— owning your presence

Not because something is wrong with you.

But because you suppressed your truth.

BUT HERE IS THE THING. You do not need to heal all of this before you sing.

Singing itself becomes the healing.

Every time you use your voice, you remember a little more of who you truly are.

We don’t need to be fixed.
What we need is permission to feel.

This moment on our Guatemala retreat last month was pure medicine. Every moment was, to be honest.

Because in our hearts and wombs, women remember living like this. Living close to Earth Mother and close to one another. Dancing and singing and praying together.

And when we are feeling parched for connection, it’s because our bodies remember The Circle from times before. And we miss her way.

Yet she is reviving. The Circle in her wisdom and mystery has come back to remind us.

What makes your voice special, is that it is uniquely yours.

Most people never find their real voice because they’re too busy trying to sound “good,” polished, controlled, or familiar.

But finding your voice requires experimentation.
It requires messiness.
And it requires devotion to meeting yourself in a deeper way.

Then you will find what is truly your song to sing. And what is true, what is real, not what is perfect, is what deeply moves this world.

When the stories kick in or our fears start to make us question ourselves, a greater why and a love greater than ourselves, will always sustain us.

And in those moments we feel spiritually parched, orienting ourselves back to that ‘way’ will always refill our cup.

Munakuyki means I love you in Quechua. I love you deeply, I love you with my heart.

This song comes from Maestro Alonso del Rio. And I love it because it brings me back to the mountains of Peru, where the people are so kind and so grateful and generous with what they have.

This song sings to the corn, and the wheat and the barley. And it makes me want to cry. Because it reminds me that what seems simple are actually the greatest gifts we receive from Pachamama.

There is a difference between facilitation and holding space.

One isn’t more important than the other, but they ask different things of you.

Facilitation requires technique, expertise, knowledge and practice.

Space-holding requires roots, trust, embodiment, wisdom.

Feminine leadership is not something you can replicate from a template. It’s not an aesthetic, or a vocabulary.

It lives in your Nervous System. In your capacity to be present with energy, with emotions, and with the unknown.

It lives in your voice. Your willingness to say what needs to be said, your willingness to share your heart’s story through your song.

It lives in your devotion when no one is watching.

It lives in your ability to listen.

And how deep you can hold a woman in your care will always correspond directly to how deeply you have met yourself.

20% is technique
80% is embodiment
And 100% is integrity

Here’s what it actually means⬇️

It means building intimacy with yourself. Diving into the well of your emotions, your body, your prayer. Discovering what is there, being with yourself in your deepest places, só expression can emerge from your core.

It means confronting your shame. Witnessing with tender presence all of the stories you tell yourself, all ways you silence yourself and keep yourself small.

It means being messy, getting it wrong. It asks you to risk being judged or misunderstood. If you want to create change with your words, not everyone will agree or like what you speak. If you want to find the depth of your soul song, your voice might crack, you might sing off pitch.

It means listening. It means becoming comfortable with silence until something moves you to express. And it also means making space to cultivate a relationship to your voice, through practice and consistency.

And ultimately, it means devotion. So your voice is no longer a performance, but a prayer. It is your offering to God and your experience of God all at once.

Is your voice calling to you?

Trying to sound good is the reason your voice feels blocked.

Controlling the way you sound is what prevents the raw power of your prayer from expressing through your voice.

That control is a cage, holding you back from sharing your gifts, and putting guardrails on what is possible for your voice to express in her truth, raw, authentic power.

The expression that moves people, is the expression that comes from honesty. From vulnerability.

The leadership that moves people, is the leadership that comes from the deep place within you, from your own intimate prayer. It cannot be a performance.

Where control ends, truth begins.

The medicine of your own voice will heal you, yes.
